Dont eat with the rats Eat Safe. Sleep Safe.

healt-code-reportLocal public health departments consistently monitor businesses serving food to guarantee restaurants and other food retailers are following safe food handling methods.  State and county laws regulate how ofteb these inspections will take place, and what items the inspectors will look for, but, usually the health inspectors check that   preventive measures are in place to shelter food from contamination by food handlers, cross-contamination, and contamination from other sources in the business.

Some examples include making sure employees regularly wash their hands in a proper sink equipped with anti-bacterial soap, hot water and paper towels; cooking and eating utensils and surfaces that come in contact with raw meat are not used to prepare ready-to-eat foods; and that rats, mice and other pests are not in the vicinity.
